What we collect
Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. If you submit a consultation request, trial request, or contact form, we store what you entered — typically your name, email, phone number, company or business name, and your description of the project. If you reach out directly by email or through a scheduling link, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
Traffic measurement. We use Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Product analytics, only if you agree. If you accept when asked, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is actually used — which things get clicked, where people scroll, and where the design causes friction. This records a reconstruction of your visit (a “session replay”) and sets cookies. It is off until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time below.
Session replay and what it does not capture
Clarity replays are not video and not a recording of your screen — they are a reconstruction of the page and the interactions on it. We configure it so that text you type into forms is masked before it leaves your browser: we can see that a field was filled in, but not what was written in it. We do not enable the setting that would reveal typed content, and sending personal data to Clarity is prohibited by Microsoft's own terms.
When you submit a form, we of course receive what you sent — that is the point of the form. The distinction is that we get it because you chose to send it, not because it was recorded while you typed.
Microsoft processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. Their handling of it is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Cookies
We set no cookies for advertising and none at all unless you accept analytics. If you do, Clarity sets two first-party cookies (_clck and _clsk) so that separate page views within a visit can be joined into one session. Declining, or later withdrawing, deletes them.
How we use it
Your email is used only to send you updates you've asked for. Project inquiries are used solely to respond to your request. Analytics is used only to improve this website. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting us at hello@netcoresystems.app, and you can request that we delete any information we hold about you.
You can change your analytics choice here whenever you like — withdrawing is as easy as accepting was, and takes effect immediately.
